Quad/Graphics' Corporate Trainee Internship Program is a twelve week internship located in Wisconsin. Interns spend two weeks on the production floor and up to ten weeks in an administrative assignment. Through these rotations, interns not only gain hands on experience in the industry, but they also learn Quad’s business model.
The first two weeks of the internship will be spent in production departments: Finishing (including saddle stitchers, perfect binders and offline operations); Press (including web offset, gravure and custom web); Imaging (including color correction, asset management and direct-to-plate).
The remaining weeks of the program will be spent in an assignment in departments such as Account Management, Post-Press Services, Scheduling, Continuous Improvement, Marketing or others. In addition, interns may have the opportunity to engage in special projects.
